Niki Evans Praises Liposuction
Even celebrities who maintain strict diet and exercise habits find themselves with unwanted, impossible to get rid of fat pockets. X Factor star and mother of two, Niki Evans, found herself in this position just last year.
“My weight has always fluctuated and no matter how much weight I lost through diet and exercise I have always had certain stubborn areas of fat that I just could never seem to shift,” says Evans. “During the X Factor I lost just under two stone but my body was still quite a boxy shape.”

She reported to losing 6 inches from her waist, 4 inches from her hips and 4 inches from each thigh; something she was not able to accomplish on her own. The procedure itself took just under four hours to complete and was done under general anesthetic.
Although Evans admitted to experiencing some bruising and swelling after the surgery, she said she was amazed with the results within just a few weeks.
