We've all looked at a celebrity and said, “I wish I had her eyes” or “I wish I had his abs.” The question is specifically whose eyes, abs, or other body parts do we wish for ourselves?

The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery recently conducted a survey to find out which celebrities Americans would undergo cosmetic surgery to look like.

Topping the list for women is Jennifer Aniston. According to the AACS survey, 46 percent of women want the ex-Mrs. Pitt's eyes. Kim Basinger's cheekbones were the next coveted celebrity feature with 19 percent of the votes.

Surprisingly, Jennifer Lopez's derriere lost out to Beyonce's, which came in third on the list of desired body parts. Of course, Angelina Jolie's full lips made the list with 11 percent of the votes, while Pamela Anderson scored nine percent for her busty chest.

Like women, men also had their favorite celebrity body parts. Nick Lachey topped the list with 51 percent of the votes for most envied abs. Matthew McConaughey's pearly whites came in a distant second with 18 percent of the votes.

Fifteen percent of votes went to Patrick Dempsey's lovely locks. And last but never least, Brad Pitt possesses the eyes men say they most desire.
