Dr. Jeffords completed full residency training in the internationally renowned Plastic Surgery program of the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has lectured and presented papers to many national Plastic Surgery societies. Dr. Jeffords is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
