Meet Our Surgeons

Dr. Grant Stevens

Dr. Grant Stevens, board certified Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, is the Medical Director of Marina Plastic Surgery Associates. He provides high quality plastic surgery services to patients throughout Long Beach, Pasadena, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.

Dr. Stevens has established a reputation as a leading plastic surgeon by both the community and his colleagues. Nominated by his colleagues, he has been named one of America's Best Physicians in "The Guide to Top Doctors." He was recently inducted to the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, an organization that is dedicated to teaching standards of care, refining plastic surgery techniques, and evaluating and promoting the newest trends and technologies.

Dr. Stevens graduated with honors from Washington University Medical School in St. Louis. He was awarded the Senior Prize in Surgery. He went on to complete his general surgery training at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Washington University-Barnes Hospital.

Dr. Michelle Spring

Dr. Michelle Spring, a board certified Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, is known for her diverse set of skills and experiences. She has established herself as a talented and compassionate female plastic surgeon with a commitment to helping her patients achieve beautiful results.

Dr. Spring has a reputation for exceptional patient care. Committed to helping those with no access to surgery, she has volunteered with the international humanitarian organization Interplast, which provides free reconstructive surgery to underprivileged children and adults with cleft lip, cleft palate, severe burns and other deformities.

Dr. Spring earned her B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she graduated with Distinction. She went on to obtain her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed a 5-year Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Stevens in Marin Del Rey, California.
