The surgeons at Center for Plastic Surgery have been performing cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures since 1986. The center stemmed from the integration of Dr. Albert F. Fleury, Jr., Dr. James H. French, Jr., and Dr. G. Wesley Price. Center for Plastic Surgery has two Washington DC area office locations—Chevy Chase, Maryland and Annandale, Virginia. Consultations are done in both offices. As part of our Virginia office we maintain an AAAASF accredited ambulatory surgery suite where multiple types of outpatient cosmetic surgery are performed. AAAASF accreditation is your assurance of a hospital-quality facility designed specifically for plastic surgery and equipped with all of the state-of-the-art monitoring instrumentation necessary to ensure the safest possible operating conditions. Meet the board certified plastic surgeons of Center for Plastic Surgery

Albert F. Fleury Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Albert Fluery Jr., is renowned in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery.  His expertise includes facial and body aesthetics. His eye for detail and artistic hand landed him on NBC Nightly News and other T.V. programs. He was listed in Best Doctors® as one of the top surgeons of America in his specialty. Dr. Fluery Jr., a second generation plastic surgeon, began his education at Holy Cross College in Massachusetts and finished his medical degree at the Georgetown School of Medicine. Following graduation, he completed his first residency in general surgery at Washington Hospital Center and his second residency in plastic surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia; where he also finish his fellowship in Microsurgery.

Dr. Fluery served as Clinical Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical School and as Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery, Sibley Memorial Hospital. He maintains memberships with professional medical societies such as American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Medical Society of the District of Columbia, the Osler Society, Georgetown Clinical Society and National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons.

James H. French Jr., M.D. F.A.C.S.

Highly regarded by his patients and peers, Dr. James French Jr. has also been listed in Best Doctors® as one of the leading plastic surgeons in America. He is a member of numerous medical societies and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. French is currently on the clinical faculty at Georgetown University Medical School.

Dr. James H. French Jr., received his M.D. from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he completed his general surgery residency. Dr. French went on to continue his training in plastic surgery at Vanderbilt University and then finished his Craniofacial Fellowship at New York University. Plastic surgeon James H. French gained extensive experience and education through professional appointments which he held with multiple leading medical facilities. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at prestigious John Hopkins University School of Medicine, Co-Director of the Facial Rehabilitation Center at Children’s Hospital in Baltimore, Chief of Plastic Surgery and Co- Director of the Regional Burn Center at Baltimore City Hospital, and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Fairfax Hospital.

G. Wesley Price, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Plastic Surgeon G. Wesley Price, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. His interest lay in the areas of facial and breast procedures as well as liposuction. Dr. Price is highly regarded among his collogues and is known for his wisdom and skills in plastic surgery. He maintains an academic appointment in plastic surgery at Georgetown University, is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and has numerous memberships with societies including American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the National Capitol Society of Plastic Surgery, District of Columbia Fairfax County Medical Society, Montgomery County Medical Society and Osler Society.

Dr. G. Wesley Price received his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his doctorate in medicine from Wake Forest University. He finished his general surgery residency at George Washington University, plastic surgery training at New York University, and a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the University of Miami. Dr. Price was fortunate enough to have received guidance and instruction from some of America’s renowned plastic surgeons, such as Dr. Thomas Rees, Dr. Joe McCarthy, and Dr. Anthony Wolfe, to name a few.
