Credentials

Dr. Reagan received his doctor of medicine at the Medical College of Cornell University. He completed three residency programs two of which were in General Surgery at University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center and the Cornell Medical Center, New York Hospital. Before continuing on to his third residency program in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas South Western Dallas, Dr. Reagan was a clinical fellow in the Wound Healing Laboratory, Department of Surgery, Cornell Medical College, New York. Dr. Reagan is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In fact, he maintains an ongoing membership in professional prestigious organizations such as the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and American College of Surgeons. Dr. Reagan has published several articles pertaining to facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and breast reconstruction for the plastic surgery community. Dr. Reagan has also been recognized for his research. Notably, The National Institute of Health funded his research in the science of wound healing and trauma. In addition, he was named Top Plastic Surgeon of 2004 by San Diego Magazine and the Best Cosmetic Surgeon of 2005 by La Jolla Light.
