Our physicians, Drs Timothy Silvester, Samuel Fuller, Simon Hatinoglou, and Timothy J. Germain, are committed to providing excellent surgical care tailored to the unique needs of an individual patient. They bring over 30 years of combined experience to the Lynchburg area. Our staff is committed to helping each patient achieve their personal goals in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Our office features a fully-accredited office-based surgical center.

Timothy J. Silvester, M.D.

Dr. Silvester has been a plastic and reconstructive surgeon for over 20 years. Tim is married to Terri Silvester and is the father of six children (Michael, Matthew, Daniel, Christopher, Brandon, and Nicholas); his other interests include fitness, family, gardening, and tennis.

Samuel P. Fuller, M.D.

Dr. Fuller has been a plastic and reconstructive surgeon for over 20 years. He is married to Carol Ann Fuller and is the father of two children (Blythe and Jonathan). His interests include family, church, physical fitness, and medical missionary work.

Simon Hatinoglou, M.D.

Dr. Hatinoglou experience stems from his tenure as a medical researcher to a general and plastic surgeon in New York, Massachusetts and Virginia.

Timothy J. Germain, M.D.

Dr. Germain graduated from the Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he earned the distinction of membership in the A.O.A. National Honor Society. In addition he has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithica, New York.

Dr. Germain received his surgical training in General Surgery at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, MA. He then completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, receiving training at the Lahey Clinic, the Harvard/Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Children's Hospital of Boston. He recently completed an additional fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery and Breast Reconstruction at Charlotte Plastic Surgery.
