Dr. Turkeltaub has excelled in both his academic and professional careers. He attended the honors Six-Year Medical Program at Boston University and Boston University School of Medicine and obtained both a Bachelors of Arts and Medical Doctor degrees in only six years. Dr. Turkeltaub graduated Summa Cum Laude and was selected to Phi Beta Kappa, the national scholastic honor society, and Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society.

Dr. Turkeltaub completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and Northwestern Medical Center in Chicago. He then completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Turkeltaub has authored several notable papers and textbook chapters on plastic surgery topics and has authored articles that have been featured in newspapers and magazines.

Today, Dr. Turkeltaub continues his education by attending various national symposiums and meetings. He continues to read about new developments in the plastic surgery industry to keep up with the latest trends and advancements in procedures for the face, breast and body.
