Experience

Plastic Surgeon Charles Slack, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He completed his B.S. in Biology at Southern Methodist University, where he was in the honorary fraternity Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude. He then attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School where he earned his doctorate of medicine. Following graduation he completed his general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and then went onto Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C., to complete his plastic surgery training. After finishing his second residency in plastic surgery, he stayed on at Georgetown University to complete a breast cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship. He currently maintains memberships with multiple professional medical societies.
