Dr. John M. Sarbak is one of Florida’s foremost plastic surgeons, renowned for his extensive technical skill and commitment to excellence. His annual trips to South America to help impoverished children with congenital deformities of the face has provided Dr. Sarbak with an exceptional eye for facial contouring. In fact, his work on cleft lips and palates has enhanced his ability to bring about facial harmony through sometimes subtle changes.
Even so, Dr. Sarbak is skilled in more than just facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He also performs numerous breast and body contouring procedures and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Education and Training
Dr. Sarbak earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1995, at which time he went on to serve a three year surgical residency at the University of South Florida. In 1998, while still at USF, he began his training in plastic surgery. He completed his plastic surgery training three years later as a resident at his alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh.
An active and respected member of the medical community, Dr. Sarbak received his certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 2002.
