Meet Our Surgeons
Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr. is a modern pioneer of body contouring surgery. He was one of the first surgeons to perform liposuction and one of the founding members of the Lipoplasty Society of North America. Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr. has more than 20 years of experience in liposuction, and is known for his precision and exceptional skill.
As an innovator in body contouring, Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr. has traveled across the world, teaching his techniques. Today, he is one of the most sought after surgeons in the Louisiana area. In fact, patients continually travel across the world to achieve the beautiful results only he can provide.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr. achieved excellent training in cosmetic surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed an internship at the University of California at San Francisco. He then went on to complete his general and plastic surgery training at the University of Wisconsin and completed two fellowships, one hand and microsurgery fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, and another head and neck fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Sr. is the founding member of the International Society of Clinical Plastic Surgeons and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also a current member of the Louisiana Medical Society, the Shreveport Medical Society and the Southern Medical Association.
Dr. Holly Casey Wall
Dr. Holly Casey Wall specializes in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She has a special interest in body contouring and liposculpture, breast surgery, and hand and microvascular surgery. Dr. Casey Wall is a board certified plastic surgeon who spends much of her free time traveling to Haiti, Mexico and Peru to perform cleft lip and palate surgery on less fortunate individuals who would not otherwise have access to a plastic surgeon.
Dr. Casey Wall received her medical degree from the University of Utah. She then completed her general and plastic surgery training at Stanford University Medical Center, where she had the privilege of working with some of the world's most renowned plastic surgeons.
Today, she is licensed in both Louisiana and California and is an active member of the Shreveport Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She also serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons and volunteers as a physician mentor for LSU's female medical students interested in pursuing a career in surgery.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. specializes in cutting-edge surgical techniques such as endoscopic surgery with minimal incisions, laser surgery, and liposculpture with tumescent, power-assisted or ultrasonic methods. He is a board certified plastic surgeon, focused on procedures for the body and breast, as well as facial rejuvenation and nose reshaping.
Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Antonio. He then went on to complete an internship and residency at Stanford University's prestigious plastic surgery program, during which time he trained with some of the most famous plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. has extensive training in complex reconstructive surgery, microvascular surgery, cranio-maxillofacial surgery, cleft surgery and aesthetic surgery.
Today, Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. serves as Vice-President of the Louisiana Society f Plastic Surgeons and is an active member of the America Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He also serves as a mentor to medical students as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at LSUHSC in Shreveport, is on the board of directors for the Shreveport Medical Society, and serves on numerous committees for the Louisiana State Medical Society.
