Dr. Blau is a board certified member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Westchester Ambulatory Surgical Center where he regulates a staff of almost 100 surgeons. He was once fortunate enough to collaborate with Professor Isaac Kaplan, M.D., a world-renowned pioneer, originator, and inventor of modern laser surgery at its inception.

Dr. Blau has also served as an instructor in the Anatomy Lab at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City and at New York Medical College. This kept him on the cutting edge of human anatomy, which is of paramount importance in plastic surgery.
