Restylane, an injectable cosmetic treatment, uses hyaluronic acid to correct folds and wrinkles and other imperfections in the skin. Because Restylane uses a naturally occurring substance as filler, there is very little chance of an allergic reaction, such as occasionally happens with collagen.
